The Cross-Functional C-Suite
For senior leaders with broad evidence across all six dimensions who require an integrative, enterprise-wide program to prepare for CEO, MD or Group Executive appointment.
Who it is for
- Multiple dimensions established or confirmed; broad capability base
- Aspiring CEO or Group Executive, two to three years from target role
- Priority gap: integrating strategic, governance and cultural leadership
Target outcomes
