Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms apply to all programs, diagnostics and services supplied by Valdura Advisory Group (ABN 79 149 847 398, ACN 149 847 398) ("Valdura", "we", "us"). By purchasing, booking or applying for a Valdura program or service, you agree to these terms.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. GST is added at the applicable rate.

Scheduled program places (online or in person), one-to-one programs and the AI Diagnostic Report and Debrief are payable in full at the time of booking. In-house delivery is priced by written proposal and invoiced in accordance with that proposal.

Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Valdura does not store card details.

3. AI Diagnostic Report and Debrief

The fee for the AI Diagnostic Report and Debrief is credited in full against Governing AI: Board Decision Day, Leading the AI Investment Case or the Two-Day Program, when that program is booked within 90 days of purchase. The credit applies once, is not transferable to another organisation and has no cash value.

The fee is refundable if you cancel before your debrief is held. Once the debrief has been held, the fee is non-refundable.

4. Cancellations and transfers

Cancellations received in writing 14 days or more before a program start date receive a full refund.

Cancellations received less than 14 days before the start date are not refundable. You may transfer your place to a later scheduled program or nominate a substitute participant at no additional cost.

Cancellation terms for in-house delivery are set out in the written proposal.

5. Changes by Valdura

We may reschedule a program where minimum participant numbers are not met or for reasons beyond our reasonable control. If the new date does not suit, you will receive a full refund of fees paid for that program.

In-house, in-person delivery is limited to a maximum of 12 participants per session.

6. Intellectual property

All program materials, frameworks, tools, case studies and reports remain the intellectual property of Valdura. Materials are licensed for the personal use of participants, or for the internal use of the purchasing organisation, and must not be reproduced, distributed or used to deliver training without our written consent.

7. Nature of our programs

Valdura is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or a higher education provider. Our programs do not lead to a nationally recognised qualification. Program content is general in nature and does not constitute legal, financial or professional advice for your specific circumstances.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a program or service is limited to supplying the service again or refunding the fees paid for it.

9. Privacy

We collect and use personal information to deliver our programs and services, issue invoices and certificates, and communicate with you about your booking. We do not sell personal information.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
