Assessment & Intake

Evidence assessment, structured career interview, observer commissioning, pathway confirmation and pre-reading.

Phase 2 · Opening days

Foundation Modules

Core modules M1 to M3, cohort formation, peer challenge protocols and sponsor activation.

Phase 3 · Main intensive

Pathway Intensive

Pathway-assigned priority modules, live simulations and individual advisory sessions.

Phase 4 · Final days and follow-up

Capstone & Application

Capstone presented to the panel, followed by a 90-day review on priority dimensions and board or succession applications.

Programs are designed and assessed with reference to Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) level descriptors. Valdura Advisory Group is not a registered higher education provider, and Certificates of Completion are not AQF qualifications. Any credit or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) toward a University award is at the sole discretion of the receiving institution.
